I recently purchased a 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada LE fully loaded with airbag

suspension from UNITED DODGELAND on ANN ROAD in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have never been so dissappointed and let down by a dealership in my 20+ years of purchasing used vehicles.

I purchased the vehicle as a certified used car which obviously has it minor wear and tear.Once i pulled off the dealership lot, I noticed at the gas station (yes the truck was left with the tank beyond empty) plenty of over spray on the rear bumper, the exhaust pipe, and the aftermarket tow hitch. I immediatley brought the vehicle back to the dealership and the salesman ( Ryan Whitney) brought the general manager out to view our complaint, the GM who quickly reassured me, that the vehicle is certified and has a clean clean CARFAX background. He stated that if anything went wrong with the vehicle safety etc.... that they will stand behind it. We had them write on the paperwork that there was overspray etc....

So I purchased the Armada I was so happy about it and then that next day I noticed a problem on the road. I can't drive over 50 mph without the vehicle wobbling and nearly flipping.

We called the dealership and the salesman (Ryan Whitney) told me to F-OFF and that it is what it is and if i didnt like it then tough. The next day, (while waiting on a call back from the Vice President Rob Melvin) my brakes entirely gave out on the 215 causing almost a 10-car pileup!!! I had to pull over on the side of the road and coast to a STOP, risking the life of myself and my newborn childs life and everyone around me. SO I HAD IT TOWED TO UNITED NIISSAN @ THE VALLEY AUTO MALL and they would not even touch the vehicle because it has been modified very seriously and no SAFE @ all, also stating that the vehicle has been in a bad wreck becauuse of how all lines up.

So I contacted the dealership from where we purchased it UNITED DODGELAND USA (still no call back? after 5-days they got back to me) and we had them take a look at the truck to make a long story short 2 weeks later (mind you no rental car reimburesment) the dealer tells me that the brake system had been reset and the reason for the ride is because the vehicle is lifted and possibly not on the right tires. We asked if we can get our trade in vehicle back which was entirely paid for before the trade in, and there response was that it had been sold.

Once we picked up the ARMADA from the dealership not even a mile from the dealer the brakes went out again. I took it straight back to UNITED DODGELAND.Well remember the armada eqipped with the airbag suspension i purchased? FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!! My airbag suspension was removed and the vehicle was lifted on strut's front & rear. NONE of this was disclosed .

My doors aren't alligned with more than 1/2" gapping which makes me think it was in a wreck, my wheelwells are entirely cut out, I can not take it on the freeway or out of state because of the shaking. The airbags have been removed but the compresser was left and still trys to function and everything rattles underneath. I was buying the ARMADA for the lovely airbag suspension and power.

United had nothing to say after they performed $5,000 worth of work to the armada , returned it back to me and said all was fine. FUNNY! I now have a cracked radiator, front left foglight came out on the freeway, left front headlight is aiming up in the sky, interior rear gate switch is only a dummy switch with no function, intake has a leak, exhaust manifold is leaking with a loud clacking noise, left doors do not open easily, they pop really hard, adjustable brake pedals are disabled, and no coverage under any warranties.

The dealership Vice President Rob Melvin will not return my calls and we have now contacted our attorney ( for Lemon Law victims). This is the WORST customer SERVICE, technical service/labor that i have ever been provided. I can not wait for this vehicle to be back in there hands! It has now been 5-months of aggravation and ignorance from UNITED DODGELAND USA ON ANN ROAD & 95NORTH and still no remedy or concern about us as consumers. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE POOR DICTATORSHIP @ UNITED DODGELAND USA.................
