United Laser Clinic United Laser Clinic Closes ALL OFFICES in IL with NO REFUND! Woodridge Illinois
I went to the woodridge location last week and the office was all packed up and had a notice on the door closed until further notice. Not to mention that I showed up for my appointment to find this sign and no one ever called me to tell me they were canceling. I will be attempting to get a refund for my services as this is the second office that has closed. Not to mention that their phone number to this office is disconnected, but it worked the week before and their Alconquin location office number has also been disconnected. If anyone is interested in suing this company please contact me. As a student in law school we have a case against them and should proceed. I signed nothing stating that if they dont offer me my services I cant get my money back. This is the worst company and I dont plan on being taken advantage of.
By the way, I just went onto the website and they have removed their locations for IL. They no longer service IL.

I just called the Woodridge office to re-schedule my appointment and found out the phone number was disconnected. I did some searching online and found this site. I had no idea this location was closing. I never received any notification. I already had 6 treatments, but I am in need of more since the hair is still apparent. I was told you get a 3 year guarantee and if the hair is not gone, you can come back as many times as you like. I paid in full with their offered credit company (Care Credit). Tiffany-- I saw your post and was wondering how I go about proceeding to get a refund. Thanks! FMallizzio

The closed Lincoln Park on me, and would not issue a refund because they had other locations in Illinois. Now they have closed all of the Illinois Offices! I am now out over $1500.00. I was wondering if you have had any luck! Please let me know! Steve
