Contacted the Bank of America on Taft St.in N. Miami Beach FL. They could not give any info due to confidentiality. I have bank account numbers etc. They do bank there, the manager said.
I called my bank and they told me to come in to one of my banks branches and fill out an "Affidavit of unauthorized paper draft". ANd that this should take care of it.
We will see if I get my money back and I will update with info.
