Universal Beauty College Universal Beauty College is a "SCAM and a RIP-OFF"!! first of all let me say that everybody that works at this school is a joke. The OWNER'S Lidida Juarez "AKA Sandra Robledo and her husband are SCAMERS all the want from the students is the MONEY!!!. I was a victim at UNIVERSAL BEAUTY COLLEGE,I paid in full for my course $3900 CASH. I was in the Nail Technician program for about 6 weeks and had so much problems with this school. Houston texas

I was a victim at UNIVERSAL BEAUTY COLLEGE,I paid in full for my course $3900 CASH. I was in the Nail Technician program for about 6 weeks and had so much problems with this school. They don't have license instructors for "NAIL TECHNICIAN or COSMETOGIST" and there was never one instructor to help and teach the students all the students only read from there books and basically teach themselves. The owners from UNIVERSAL BEUTY COLLEGE have a major RACE ISSUE the school don't admit BLACK'S,WHITES,PHILLIPINO OR CHINESE to enrolled in school because there will be to much problems there target is "HISPANIC RACE" because this race don't do nothing about people like "SANDRA ROBLEDO" this school is taking ADVANTAGE of this students because they don't know there rights or the language in this county or there scared to say anything or call the police because of there legal status this is unreasonable by every standard this students have RIGHTS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED this school to nobody UNIVERSAL BEAUTY COLLEGE need to be CLOSED ASAP!!!!.
I was forced to leave UNIVERSAL BEAUTY COLLEGE after 6 weeks of not having license instructors for "NAIL TECHNICIAN or COSMETOGIST" to teach me or the other students they refused to released my hours and to provided me with a full refund of the $3900 in CASH that I paid to SANDRA ROBLEDO and now I'm forced to look for another school and start all over and pay again but this time I will be more careful and I will definitely check for reviews first so this don't happened again.
Its very hard not saying how I truly feel about this school. I feel,I was ROBBED,CHEADED,RIP and SCAM off my $3900 CASH MONEY but most important I was ROBBED,CHEADED,RIP and SCAM of my "DREAM" of becoming a Nail Technician at this point many changes need to be made to this school and I demanded the state of TEXAS and the AUTHOROTIES,IRS to INVESTIGATE and PROSECUTE the owners SANDRA ROBLEDO and her HUSBAND of UNIVERSAL BEAUTY COLLEGE most of all her mannerisms against HISPANIC students.
