University Of Phoenix - Online I have not had a bill unti I request a transcript, Internet
I have not heard from University of Phoenix in over 4 years. That is until I request a transcript from them. I am told my transcript is on hold for financial reasons. When I tcall the number to question this the person who answers the phone asks me are you calling to pay or what??? Great phone skills, she does not explain or offer to explain but says I am being combative when asking why I owe them money and for what. Rather than explaining this she accuses me of being a deadbeat. My explanation is if I had never requested a transcript they would never have received any money from me and how is this good business sense. If you do not send a bill how does anyone know they owe money. When discussing my transcript and showing my admisssions counselor my unofficial transcript none of my credits from UOP will transfer and I will have to take all my courses over again at a brick and mortar school, one I should have attended in the first place. UOP is a joke, a rip-off and a huge waste of time and money. I now understand how they pay for all their commercials, all of us who request a transcript are paying for their huge advertisement budget!!
