University Prep Center UPC Not honoring their refund policy san Diego, California
I bought the SAT / ACT prep course from University Prep Center last July. We had already had her take both the SAT and ACT and then after taking the course, her scores actually went down. Their guarantee states that you can get a full refund within a year of buying the course (which is just one CD). I requested the refund and sent the required letters and scores to them for backup. they requested me to send the course materials which I did, and I have not received the refund. The last email I got was on July 17th stating that I would indeed receive a check for the refund within three weeks. They are basically a bunch of liars, and their course is a joke. Beware of these scammers who make CC charges without authorization and refuse to honor the guarantee that they love to show on their website.
