University Prep Center I ordered and returned their product but was never refunded my $189.95 San Diego California
We orderd the ACT study program and after receiving the software we were not happy with the product. We returned the product to the company and I was told they had received it and that I would be getting a refund within 15 days, The refund never came and no one will return my calls.
