On their web site is a search engine to identify the part specific to your vehicle type, I used it to order my part for a 83 jeep cj7, I expected that part to arrive for my vehicle type. They sent me one for a Dodge ram, when I returned to the site and used chat feature, the typer on the other end tryied to tell me I made a mistake, However when they used their search engine it yielded the same results and said the part was not specific. I spoke with them to make arangements to return the incorrect Nerf bars they sent me, I was then informed that it was going to cost me to send it back. More disappointing was the person on that chat wanted me to first order and pay for what they thought was the right part. I asked how much would it cost to return this large part, they responded by saying that they didn't know it was up to me to arrange a carrier and they would inform me of how much I was going to have to pay. What BS. first they sent a part out knowing what vehicle I was shopping for, second I have to pay two shipping costs and a return cost, At what point is the part more then I would of payed anywhere including locally? I will take have to take the money loss and have a part I can't use. So for sale is a new step for a Dodge truck, How frustrating and I don't reccommend using this company. Not worth the risk and obviously they are not willing to help you correct an error they made unless you pay them more for their mistakes. Rip Off
