Booked trip for clients at one rate. Bus company offered client direct cheaper rate to bypass my agency which we were given a net rate. When we complained to honor the rate they quoted client Michael Lefanto said you wont find it cheaper anywhere else so take it or leave it. Whe were told we had 5 days after complaint that if we found cheaper eslewhere we could cancel with full refund no penalties. In the meantime, they went and charged my credit card without authorization for almost another $1300.00, prior to final payment being due.
We found (((competitor's name redacted))) bus service for $600 less and called to cancel 1 day later. Michael sent email saying refund in full no penalty forthcoming. Instead, no refund, and 10 days later they hit my credit card for another $1286.00. Called credit card company to dispute, which they were going to conference me in for 3 way. Bus company hung up on credit card company. Called and spoke to finance, and were told Michael never put in for a refund. Asked why they charged another $1286.00. They said because a dispute came in and they hit the card again.
