US postal address change A website that seemed to be the legit postal change of address is obivously not if they over charged me Internet

I googled change my postal address and clicked on the first link and it went through I even received confirmation, Thought everything was all okay until I looked at bank account and was charged $49.95! That's insane! Last time I changed my address I was only charged $1! The site needs to go down before someone else gets scammed !!
