USA Benefits Strikes Again! Dublin Ohio
I woke up this morning to find a pending ACH transaction from USA Benefits. My story is much like others - I never heard of this company and certainly never agreed to purchase any good or service from them. I have no idea how they got my information but I was investigating some on-line payday loan options last week so it 's logical to think that's how they got the information. BOA says they cannot do anything until the transaction clears but I know from experience that this is going to be a long and drawn out process.
BOA told me that this outfit shows an address out of Dublin, Ohio. Can anyone confirm this and, if so, has anyone contacted the Consumer Protection Offiice in Ohio to file a complaint? This operation really needs to be shut down and the payday loan companies involved should also be held responsible!
Has anyone been successful in getting these charges reversed and avoiding future charges?
