USA-Cigarettes.com BAOZHI LI Placed order, followed instructions to pay via Western Union, followed order of proof of payment, no order confirmation, no response to all my emails, no order Internet
I did a google search to purchase cigarettes online to save money. Cheap-USA Cigarettes came up first. I followed the instructions to place the order, paid via Western Union, emailed proof of payment and have not receieved one response, confirmation of order, ETA, nothing.
