denise, did you listen when the represtative called you? the only way you have paid the $99.90 is if you actually talked to someone who called you from usa credit. when they called you thier job is to read the terms and conditions to you, before you accept anything, in the terms and conditions that they read to you it states "the products are quality and the items offered are similar to those that you would find at well known retailors SUCH AS sears, pennys, and walmart." no where in the terms and conditions that they read to you does it mention anything about kmart or even the fact that you can use the card at walmart or any other stores. in fact the rep also tells you about the monthly fees and in the monthly fee description it states that the card is only good for purchases made online through the usashoppingclub.com. the fact that you paid $99.90 is becasue you elected to take the additional upgrade, most likely for the credit line increase, and you probably didn't listen when they read to you the terms and conditions on the upgrade, in order to be billed the monthly fee of 20.00 you must still have the upgrade and never called to cancel it. when the rep read to you the terms and conditions on the upgrade they told you that you could call and cancel the upgrade and still keep the credit line increase. the fact that you didn't listen is not the suprising part, it is the fact that when you received you card you still didn't read the terms and conditions, the time it took to write your report you could have read the terms and conditions and could have called customer service and cancelled your upgrade.
