USA WHEELS, SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST FAIRFIELD New Jersey
hi i would like to warn people about this company in farirfield nj called usa wheels. they do or claim to do rim repair. i have damaged my wheel in a pothole in the nj roadway and have found this company on the internet. i called them and informed them of my problem they told me not a big deal they would take the wheel in and repair it and returned the followng day .
i went to there adress in 1275 Bloomfield Avenue fairfield nj, i went into the shop. at that point i should have known it was extremly unprofesional. the person behind the counter looked at the wheel and said not a problem once again you can pick up the wheel the following day, that was a monday. called them on a tuesday they informed me it was not done i said ok i will call tomor which is wends. once again not done.
3 weeks of phone calls and i got every story in the book. ontop of all this they were extremly rude. it was a nightmare dealing with this company. since then i searched them on the net for reviews and i found tons of other post about this company. same stories about customers not getting there wheels back for weeks later or wheels being returned and still bent wobbling on cars after so called being repaired by usa wheels.i should have done that from the start.
i do warn anyone do not use usa wheels in fair field nj. avoid them at all cost. i did finaly get the wheel back and sent it to the wheel collison center in bathe pa. wow what a diffrence, profesinal service and the wheel was restored back to new in 2 days and thats even considering that are 3 hours away in bath pa.

THIS IS ANOTHER COMPLAINT I FOUND AGAINST USA WHEELS http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?p=37023737 01-09-2009, 06:46 AM #1 orangebarius Junior Member Trader Rating: (0) My Garage Posts: 527 USA Wheels in Fairfield, NJ = Terrible so i had my blitz type 01 rims refinished at usa wheels in july 2008. they did a good job with reclearing the barrels, welding a crack and fixing a bent lip. so i take my wheels off in nov to store them for the winter. i notice a crack exactly where they welded it. so i take it back with the tire on to show them i didnt hit a pothole or have any bubbles in my tires. they say welds arent warrentied, but they will reweld it for $80. i say ok fine. so they weld it. when i went to pick it up they had cracked the clear coat around the whole lip when they removed the tire. i noticed it and said what is this? then apparently didnt notice cracked clear coat around the entire lip of the rim. so they have to reclear it. so i got back a week later to pick it up with a new clear coat on it. its messed up once again. they got loctite on the lip of the rim. so they have to reclear it again. i go to pick it up yesterday and it looks good and he didnt charge me. ok so i get home and check the screws and one is loose. ok whatever, ill tighten it myself. i cant since it is glued on. apparently they broke 3 screws and glued them on. wtf is that? since when is glue acceptable on a rim? so i was beyond pissed. i went back over there and expressed my displeasure. the guy Matt is very nice and has been helpful through this whole ordeal. THE OWNER JEFF IS A DICKHEAD. he was in the back and wouldnt even come out and confront the problem. his answer was, "im not the one who cracked the rim." so my response was, "im not the one who broke my screws." apparently he knew about the broken screws and called blitz to get new ones. its a 10+yr old rim, so they dont have them. so matt is going to look into find me some new screws. he says he knows a few websites. DO NOT GO TO USA WHEELS EVER. THEY SUCK. THEY ARE SLOPPY AND DONT CARE. THEY HAD SOME PART TIME KID WORK ON MY RIM WHO IS KNOWN TO MESS UP A LOT. WHY DOES HE STILL WORK THERE????
