Okay let me explain something, this is not the first time something like this has happened. So this is NOT an isolated incident.

On July 30th the post office supposedly had delivered a package to my address. The contents are valued at $150.00. It was uninsured. I chose the "Free Shipping Method via the Merchant, which was a dumb thing to do.

I am uncertain if the Merchant will send me a replacement or not, so I will not comment on them until later. The website itself was not exactly clear on what the shipping methods were. Again, no comment until I either reach a resolution with them or not.

The main point I am trying to make is that the United States Postal Service, has the idea that they can get away with either losing packages, delivering to the wrong address or even allowing employees to steal packages that aren't insured and in some cases even Priortity and Express mail.

This here is uncalled for, when you pay for service you should get service. As far as I am concerned they are thieves.

I will be reporting this the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, waste of their time or not.

Heres the deal

I have had over 4 letters lost, 1 which was certified. 3 packages where I used live. One which had a $100 money order ( uncertified)

The bottom line is when you pay 40 something cents or more to pay for their service they should live up to f** delivery not making bull** excuses.

I can fu** guaranntee NOTHING NOTHING happens to their incompetent employees!!!! NO reprimands or anything.

THEY are forever banned unless I absolutely have to used them. I NEVEr use them unless it is the only shipping method available. We DO NOT have them as a courier option for shipping where I work .

I CANNOT understand why BUSINESS still use THEM!!!! Their tracking software is yet primitive. Aside that they refuse to take fu** responsibility

I have NEVER had this problem with UPS or Fed Ex!!..

I have the tracking number which I will paste in this email as well.
