Utah Eviction Law Ambulance chaser business model Orem Utah
Had a conversation with these ambulance chasers on the phone. I spoke with Dave. He had me on speaker phone. Very shortly after I had made a comment, Jeremy Shorts started laughing in the background. He then proceeded to talk to me like I was dumb.
They are trying to get $3500 out of my business because they attempted to garnish an old employees wages, but he no longer works for us. They stated that I am responsible for the $3500 now. JOKE!!
These clowns are a complete joke. Anybody that uses them is a joke as well. This review will be posted all over online

Perhaps its YOUR IGNORANCE of HOW things work, I don't know. What I DO know is that YOU have been reduced to name calling on a media outlet. YOU DONT SCREW WITH LAWYERS!!!!! That is the ONE profession where EVERY interaction with them MUST be done correctly or you will face issues. THEY KNOW THE LAW!!! Where YOU do not. THEY have a "good ole boy" network full of other lawyers and judges that YOU DO NOT!!!! Before you dismiss their claim, contact YOUR lawyer and make sure they are NOT correct. Make sure YOU have a lawyer good enough to protect YOU from YOURSELF!!!! All YOU have done with your post is to defame them on a media outlet that TRACKS YOU!!!! Sorry to say this but EVERYTHING you do online is logged somewhere!! You are NOT reporting some great ripoff or injustice, you ARE however giving THEM plenty of ammo to use against YOU in a defamation lawsuit. Your business MAY be on the hook for the garnishment IF you failed to do YOUR part. Just because you don't believe them doesn't mean they are AUTOMATICALLY wrong. THEY may have and be working with information that YOU do not have.
