How dare you say you are going to investigate the former employee who tried to tell the truth about your scam company. You do rip people off and take their money. You were fined $5000 by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for Illegal Telemarketing this past April of 2008. Yet you CONTINUE to telemarket deceptively and scam people into signing up with you -- for a huge amount of money. You do not keep your part of the contract by following your own Terms and Conditions - as stated in the following paragraph: Terms and Conditions You hereby represent and warrant to Vacation Time Int'l, Inc., as an inducement for them to advertise your vacation property/properties, that you agree and understand the following: 1. Vacation Time Int'l, Inc. (VTI) is a For Rent cooperative advertising marketing company that is not a real estate broker. The cooperative advertising marketing program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other lessor's to maximize exposure to potential renters of your vacation property. VTI is not involved in any negotiation for rent; and VTI forwards all inquires about your vacation property directly to you and allows you to negotiate the rental of your vacation property without the involvement of any broker and without any commissions or broker's fees I have proof that you do NOT forward any inquiries to the owners of the vacation properties that you advertise on your website. Me and a few other people have put inquiries into your website regarding certain properties and never heard a word from anyone. Also we never received the confirmation email that we were suppose to receive after filling out the form on your website and hitting the submit button. That alone is in violation of your contract. You illegally called my family and ripped us off to the tune of $699!! You lied to us by stating you had all these people just waiting to rent our time share. You are a liar and a scam artist. Once you had our money you we never heard from you again except through emails. Now your phones have been disconnected and upon further investigation I found out you have been EVICTED from your office and left no forwarding address with the post office. In other words you have taken the money and ran. You deserve to go to jail and I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer affairs. Additionally I have hired a lawyer to get my money back. This company is nothing but a scam -- don't give them any money or listen to their sales pitch -- they are dishonest and once they have your money you will never hear from them again even if someone does express interest in your rental property from their website.

We would like to know the name of this ex-employee so this can be turned over to our human resources department. We take slanerous remarks against our company very seriously. There is a very strong chance that this mystery person never worked for our company and we need to verify who this is and refer it to our legal department.

I worked for this company and they would tell us to tell the customer we were going into showcasing and high demand for property and it was all lies. They are just a database listing company that takes your money posts your property on their website and thats it. Something you can do yourself. I always felt so terrible after taking peoples money and then the boss was unfair to us as employees also.
