Vandalia Tractor & Equipment,Inc ripoff Not Standing Behind Their to have an motor rebuilt for a 8n Ford Tractor. 8 hrs of use. It locked up again. Vandalia Internet
I went to vandalia tractor to have a motor repaired. We only worked eight hours with-in the year. It locked up again so,we my father and I took it back to vandalia tractor on a trailer. It took a month for them to get to it. It set out all this time without a call. Finally, They got back to me and informed me the motor was shot like before.
Vandalia tractor Wanted me to pay the same price as th first time. I asked if they were going to pick up the cost. They said No. The company sold out and and the new owner was not liable. And the old owner wanted to pay me $200.00 for what it would cost to get a lawyer and call it even.
I told him I would see them in court. And now I went through small claims court, because i couldn't afford a lawyer. The company had a lawyer and I did not. Judge set up a bench trail for November 25th 2003. Judge recommended that I seek legal help. Can YOu Help? We thank you for your quick response to this matter.
