Placed an order or hearing aids on their website. Paid for and was promised two pair.
After charging me they shipped a pair. Tried them and they were defective. They have me their address to send them back and promised to replace them. Emailed them after they had received them back asking when they were sending me the replacement pair and other pair promised. Waited a week or so and went back to them. At that time they promised a refund. Then they said they were waiting for authorization to send the refund.
Every time I emailed them they said they were still waiting for authoriation. Then they just stopped replying to me. I got two phone numbers and tried both of them and a message came on saying no one was avilable to take my call and call would disconnect.

I have been having problems with this company also! Hearing aids DO NOT work, and they will NOT refund money! Horrible company!
