I noticed a charge on my bank account paid through my debit card from a company, Vesta Virgin and Vesta Boost of which I have never used for cell phone.

Did you attempt to make or accidentally hit a tab for a IN APP PURCHASE?? This is the only time I have EVER seen that type of banking activity.
