Vick Dog Chew Toy Never shipped product Internet
I ordered back in August. Due to "production delays" the product shipment date was continually pushed. He claimed to not want to deliver an inferior product. Finally we got a shipment schedule.
My product was due to ship Ocotber 29th or 30th and I could expect as tracking number to be emailed to me. I never received tracking number nor have I received the product.
Multiple emails to the company have done unanswered.
And as for his claims to donate part of the proceeds to animal charities. Yeah right!

Here is an excerpt from an email I received from PayPal: Please be advised that PayPal reserves the right to reopen any claim for investigation within 180 days if we receive multiple complaints about a single seller. We will email you if this is the case. Please everyone, open a dispute with PayPal if this man has taken money from you.

Pay Pal is not allowing me to file a claim because it's been more than 45 days since my purchase. I firmly believe this was the intent of Jamie Salcedo all along. I have asked Pay Pal to consider the 45 day period as beginning when we were told the product would be shipped rather than the date of purchase since we received communication from the seller about delays. Please consider filing a similar request with Pay Pal. Maybe they will allow this if multiple people contest this purchase.
