Vicki Sweet Dr. Craig Sweet 251 Hummingbird Lane Landlord would not return deposit without going to court. Longwood Florida
I rented this house at 251 Hummingbird Ln, Longwood, FL. My wife and I lived in it for a year. We treated it with respect, and did everything that the landlord asked. Then when we left the landlord (Vicki Sweet and Dr. Craig Sweet) would not refund our deposit.
Please be aware of this, and do not rent from this person!
If you do rent it, you will tire quickly of the slope in the driveway and the jungle in the back yard. You already know that I wouldn’t have to write this if the landlord had acted in an ethical manner.
