Victor Chemerisov Bulldog Fellas Kennel Scam never heard from again , Internet
Victor has surfaced again even after being arrested already once before for the same thing. He is now located in Florida and he has posts all over of different looking puppies. I figured it out when he didn't do what he promised and then I made up a fake email and sent him a request on a puppy I had made a deposit on already. I wish people like this would be stopped!!!!!! I also found out by searching his website address that his real name Victor was the one registered to the site.
