On November 29, 2014 I sent $110 as to family or friend via paypal to Victoria Melnik (La Vita Pet Fashion) .In December I was trying to contact her 100 times but Victoria refused to write back after I asked her for the tracking number.
I made purchases with her before and the quality was great, but as soon she got money this time she refused to send the outfits or make a refund. I know that she closed her Etsy shop because she didn't ship outfits to customers. She was trying to make excuses such as she is in the hospital with stage 3 cancer, that she has fight with her x- husband, and etc
On February 11th she was finally get back to me and asked if I'd like refund or new outfits. After all she did I told her "refund" , she was agreed but never did send it. Please make sure you never trust her as I did and pay only thru the invoice, at least this way you are protected and if she won't send your order you can have your money back.
Most of our conversation is on Russian language but as soon she wrote about refund I start to have converstaion on English language and again no responds.

I finally was able to get refund my money after officially informed her that will go to the bank and fax to paypal to report her as a fraud.
