Complaint Review: Vinitti Cash Flow System - Provo Utah

My review of vinitti (from a real member):

First off, I share this to help others looking to join vinitti be aware of what has happened to me and others in the program. I hope this helps.

I have marketed this system since I joined back in September of '09. I started out pretty good, making a few hundred dollars, and then as I got closer to the cashing out threshold it slowed down and stopped...I kept getting decent traffic, just like I was before, but the money and sales stopped. 

So I decided to investigate and find other members who may have had the same problem. I have found 3 others that are having the same problems and I have found only one person who is making great money (that person happens to be Jacob Clement). 

I thought things were great at first as my account was filling up with sales here and there. I read over theterms and conditions and it states that money in members accounts that haven't been in their for 180 days becomes property of vinitti, inc. This is scary to me and I have fair reason to believe this is what Jacob is doing especially when I tell him I'm going to buy it through my wife so I can finally be done with vinitti and cash out. He says I can't because only 2 per family can have the system...he tells me to read over the T&C sometime. I do and there's nothing in there that states that a family can only have one copy of the vinitti cash flow system. I tell him this and he's never replied since. 

Yes, I really believed this system was great. Yes, I even defended JC and others on scam websites. I have to wait until I get further evidence to prove whether he's truly scamming others or not (even though I now believe he's doing this, at least to me and the others within this). I am reporting him and will leave it at that. If he truly cares for others, great, but I haven't seen it. The customer service has had it's up and downs and be aware that he'll only reply back if he wants to. It's not your typical good customer service you're probably looking for. 

He can have the money as I'm not promoting this anymore and won't reach the cashing out bar. I do feel bad for ever being involved and getting others involved with the same problems I'm having. I've learned many things over my life and I now know not to ever work or be associated with Jacob Clement. I hope all the best for him, if he's actually doing the right thing. If he's not, consequences will make sure he pays for it sooner or later, just like I have.

I hope those reading this and considering vinitti will not rush into the decision and realize you get what you pay for. You now know and will not be surprised with no refunds (it is stated on the t&c). I choose to work with those with clickbank as it's a trusted site and yes, you can get a refund if it doesn't meet your expectations or for whatever reason you have.

This sounds strangely enough like it has been scripted and set up in order to alleviate peoples fears about buying into your system Mr. Clement. Call me skeptical but this would be my guess.

It appears I was a bit confused about the program when I started this complaint thread. After talking with JC, reviewing the terms and conditions as well as all the products Vinitti provides in the member area my concerns have been quelled. First of all, my name isn't clemente and im not of a hispanic origin, second, you just clearly stated that we do have a product and a system, you just didnt understand how to use it, and when you finally came to us for support you didnt understand what we told you to do from there and you never called for support again. Funny that you think your failing in the system is our fault. We are always there for support, we honor our guarantee, and the products are real and the system is real. How you get off saying its a scam really boggles my mind. Good luck finding a job, if you are the type of person you are portraying above, then you are going to have a very long and painful life. take care...

Retraced & Revised post on July11, 2009: In response to multiple advertisements I saw in various places I purchased the Vinitti Cash Flow System for $299. It seemed simple enough, the landing page was well written and I even talked with Jacob, who seemed a reasonable young man. He even offered a $3000 guarantee if I didn't succeed. How could you lose? WOW, was I in for a surprise. I downloaded the program and found pretty much everything provided for marketing was poorly written, not what I expected for $299. I started promoting anyway as I had just spent $299 and really the program yet seemed workable. After about a month I sought Jacob's help for advertising suggestions. The suggestions turned out to be a dead end and of no use at all. Further support requests were just as much useless as there was no real depth of information offered that helped. To make a long story short, the program is not what I expected, Jacob is a young and well spoken person but to me seems unable or unwilling to really help. If I had to do it all over again I WOULD NOT BUY THE VINITTI CASH FLOW SYSTEM, nor anything from Jacob Clemente.
