Complaint Review: violet wanda LLC - Internet

Placed an order 4 weeks ago for items that were all in stock. Was guarented shipment within a week but still no update. Wrote many emails and left lots of voicemail but no response. Very disappointing customer service.

Is that the OLDEST, LAMEST store site they have, on Earthlink where she claims to manufacture the wands she sells, and has a picture of a dozen or so BD-10's in various stages of being hacked up to put her super capacitators into them?

No, just as Wanda announced to everyone, in her support group, the OLDEST, LAMEST store site they have, on Earthlink, went down because of excessive traffic.

The portal reached it's bandwidth limit in the early am of October 31st.

The clock ticked past midnight, and the store came back up.

This is just more stirring of the pot and trying to smear someone's business with rumour and innuendo. I guess when you don't have any real facts to work with, you just MAKE STUFF UP, and hope that by repeating it often enough, it will become true.

It has come to this reporters attention, that said merchant is now accepting payment by Money Order. With the cession of Credit Card acceptance, protection for the consumer has been weakened to the point of throwing your funds out a moving car window on the freeway, should your order not be fulfilled.

Cash On Delivery

This merchant has in the past refused to do COD, claiming excessive return costs, and damage to merchandise. Sending a 2 party check to the merchant, and the shipping company for the cost of shipping should prevent a loss to the merchant of shipping fees on returned merchandise. If the merchant can only gain usefulness from the funds by purchasing shipping services with your funds, the consumer will have some measure of protection.

The other claim was goods being damaged by the carrier. Either pack the goods in a more secure manner, or insure against damage by the carrier. That is a cost of doing business.

Still no credit cards, so the mailing a Money Order to the Nigerian Post Office Box must be working.

Sorry Twisted Poet. When I worked the math for your fantastic claim of 72000 demos over a 3 day period I forgot to convert the math to metric. After recalculating using the built in English to metric converter on my calculator, the number of demos has been correctly calculated to -7.

The pulse is only a china import 2 piece violet wand in which when you hold the body contact probe most users have claimed that it actually hurts to keep the body contact probe in your hand.

Years back I had used a body contact probe with a china import 2 piece violet wand and it did the same thing hurt to hold in to the body contact probe and under certain conditions would hurt you to the point you couldn't hold onto it.

This twisted poet dude even messaged me this of fetlife bragging to me that it was so strong that it hurt to hold onto the body contact probe.

The only difference with the pulse unit and what I had ran across years ago is I trashed the concept where Joyce is using it as a scam just to take your money.

Mark my words with this pulse unit now that it's out there everyone one is going to realize how stupid the whole concept is. Many like myself feel that the pulse unit if any violet wands being sold today can injury anyone this is on the top of the list.

If you call and ask for Gerald T. Cuzelis you can get the companys phone number from their website and tell him that you want one of the bd-10 hammer units the only safe violet wand to safely use the DOM electrode in he will hook you up at a much lesser price than what wanda is reselling them at

Let me get this right. 100 demos per hour, for 16 hours a day for 3 days........4800 demos in 2880 minutes.

Better yet. 150 demos per hour, for 16 hours a day for 3 days........7200 demos in 2880 minutes.

At 100 demos an hour that is a demo every .6 minutes. At 150 demos an hour you only spend .4 minutes per demo.

With the line moving this fast, I can't see how they would have time to drop your wand 5 times.

I'm going to admit that I made this whole thing up, and I'm having my friend Pogertt hack into things and file a bunch of fake and misleading posts that look like other users of this site to try to hurt the business of Wanda.

I MYSELF am Uncle Scorpio, the original writer of this complaint, and it never happened. Just as Dark Electric says... I thought that there was a meeting where he was demoing, and I didn't even know it had been cancelled. He wasn't there, and the meeting didn't take place, so I COULDN'T have gotten the info from him. 

I have just been making this up.

We were competitors, just as Wanda says, and she won the fight; I went out of business, and I couldn't stand the thought of being beaten by a woman.

I made a bunch of friends on Fetlife that believed my line of lies, and since they like to stir problems up, they agreed to help. 

We teamed up with another violet wand seller on Fetlife that buys cheap Chinese import electrodes and sells that at a huge mark up with industrial testers that he takes out of the box and ships, and we set out to destroy this business by whatever method we could, so that our friend could profit by it.

It was wrong, and I apologize. I've been having some psycological problems since a death in my family that I also blamed on Wanda, and sometimes I get off my medication and do stupid things and get all paranoid.

1) I am not a member of the International Violet Wand Guild.

I quit over a year ago.

I AM a registered Demonstrator on Wanda's Mjolinir site, and in the Demonstrator sticky in the Violet Wand group.

2) Re: The Dropped Wand.

When you demo wands to the public on a near continuous basis for 16 hours a day for 3 days at a time, 5 times, a few drops are inevitable.

You have limited table space to work from, you are behind ropes, trying not to trip over 6 power cords and a body contact cable connecting all the wands I use and I'm demoing to LITERALLY 100 to 150 people per hour.

It rolls off or gets pulled off by the body contact. Someone from the public wants to TRY it, you zap them, and they jump, and pull the wand off the table.

3)  There is also the issue of someone hacking my password or somehow hacking the site.

They have appeared as Twisted_Poet and tried to make me look bad, and when I pointed out that user name I use has a space, not an underscore, they somehow got user to display as MY user name, except the location said Racine -Canada instead of Fredericton.

Make sure you know which post is who's...ElectroJack and his friends, like Pogertt are trying to hijack this report and use multiple user names to make it look like more people complain.

Then they took over twisted poet, and artofthewand and user them to make defamatory posts about Wanda or other users under those names.

You can tell the fake posts from the poor spelling and grammar.

Twisted Poet, you must have been asleep at the don't drop the wand on the concrete floor part of the class we gave you.

I replaced the wand only from a competitor of Wanda's. The output feels harsher, it is not as powerful, as I have trouble branding with it, and it heats up VERY quickly. With Wanda's wand I could demo continually for several hours, and did regularly at these shows, I can now not play for more than 30 minutes without having to stop because the competitor's wand is too hot to hold.

In one breath wanda claims that they just sold their 12k wand? a total including the portion(s) when she ripped people off. So we count the time period only in her favor? total up the figures of the claims of what promotes her, but bury all the facts of the people she has ripped off?  This site has recently updated the rip off reports from another bogus name(s) she has used over the years, if you actually read the reports you can see a history from 2004 right up until now.Fetlife has many violet wand groups that most support her 100%. I've counted 9 disscussions that the owner of the violet wand group has removed in the past 6 months that where based on people getting ripped off by violet wanda.
XavierDOM the owner of the violet wand group on fetlife is a personal friend of violet wands (Joyce) and her husband has been for quite some time now.We have the violet wand group cleaning up after she rips people off and a violet  wand guide group sending people to her, the reports here if you read them state this fact has been going on for years. It seems that the seasoned players wands takes care of and the focus of her pry is mainly the new folks venturing into our lifestyle.

My name is Micheal Keller, and I live in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada.

I use the name Twisted Poet on-line on several websites.

Kinda makes you wonder when Guild members are compensates for sending customers Wanda's way.

I am a former client of Eclectic Electric. The business has closed. I am a CURRENT client of Violet Wanda, and of her Mjolnir Advanced System product line. I have placed 3 orders with this company, and have received my order without any problem each time. The poster of this report is a former competitor of Violet Wanda, and has a long standing axe to grind.

Violet Wanda, and especially the Mjolnir Advanced line violet wands are a specialized niche market. They are painstakingly designed and custom built to order. As such the wait times from order to completion and shipment can be quite long. This is a small company, providing a unique product to a world wide market.

As part of the ordering process, you are required to read the information on the site, and confirm that you have read and understand it. It states quite clearly that the wait times are extended, as these are HAND BUILT, CUSTOM units. It states outright that the wait may be up to a year.

When you place an order, and your payment is processed, you are placed in the order queue. When your order gets to the top of the queue, it is built, tested, and shipped. They clearly state that they will not be rushed, they will not move an order ahead of any other order, and they will not change their procedures for anyone.

Due to the nature of the this product, I for one, APPRECIATE this fact. I don't want them rushing the manufacturing of a product that generates upwards of 60,000 volts of electricity that I intend to use on another human being. Wanda also states on her website that if you constantly call or email and harass them, they will refund your money and drop you as a client, and will not accept any further orders from you.

Anyone that claims that that have paid and not received product, or a refund since 2008 is either lying, or has not followed the directions. They are likely sending emails to an unmonitored account. Reading the original complaint, you see the line. After 30 days I started calling 6 to 12 times a day.

...and he wonders why they choose not to do business with him, and refunded his payment. Any business has the right to charge a cancellation fee if you place an order and then do not complete it. All this customer had to do to receive their product was wait their turn, like anyone else. I paid for my Mjolnir wand and waited 9 months for completion. It was worth the wait, and did not upset me, as I had read and understood the instructions.

Had they actually taken the time to read the ordering information on the site, like all of the research they claim to have done, they would know this. But some people cannot and will not be pleased. Ever. By anything a company does. So this company informed him that he was not entitled to order from them any longer, as he was being harassing.

He has also publicly bashed this company on another website that many members of our lifestyle frequent, and is in jeopardy of losing his membership there as well. Violet Wanda and Mjolnir Advanced System Violet Wands are a company with INTEGRITY PLUS.

I am a happy satisfied client, and will continue to order from Wanda, and in fact have made it my policy to order ONLY from Wanda in the future. I have patronized other vendors of these products in the past, and while their customer service may have been better, their products were vastly inferior.

Violet Wanda has recently taken the step of increasing her prices and hiring a dedicated 24/7 customer service rep, and you now MUST speak to him by phone before your order will be processed, unless you are a former client, so they can be SURE that you understand their policies.

All the original complainant and his friends have done is cause a great business to have to raise their prices. I, for one, will gladly pay that increase if it will keep people like the complainant out of the process. His Ripoff Report can be safely ignored as a complete lie.

Also, the claim that the International Violet Wand Guild is owned by them is a lie as well. Much of the information on the guild website came from Wanda, and the guild DID grow out of their repair person program, but the two are separate entities. The fact that many of the guild members are friends of Wanda, and deal only with her, and recommend only her speaks of the quality of the product and the integrity of the seller, not of an ownership relationship.

History does in fact tend to repeat it's self
We have an on going history of this violet wand guide luring people into purchasing from violet wanda, Joyce Gale.
She then plays her games wasting time bringing that buyer past the 60 day charge-back period allowed by most banks to honor charge-backs.
Finally you have her support group violet wands on fetlife deleting discussions as they appear pertaining to complaints as to being ripped off.
One puzzle with 3 pieces this isn't an isolated situation it's something she's been praticing for over a decade with the violet wand guide aiding her documented as early as 2007.
I can't honesty say how long the group on fetlife violet wands has been sweeping the complaints, but I can honestly say they have been doing so since I've been back around the past 6 months or so anyways.
As far as the above statement I was sued by Joyce aka violet wanda by darkelectric that's as much as a joke as he is.
Files a restraining order against me on fetlife then continues to harass me using different accounts names.
I had once asked him is he would like to put on some gloves and head gear and go a few rounds, you know with sportsmanship, he declined. Offer still stands Joe.

This is the actual factious name she is using to actually process the money transactions today Electic Enterprises  "eclecticent" she has been using this same gateway since 1/13/2000 never filing a bankruptcy as she had stated a former partner had ripped her off and she had to file. The person that filed the report here wasn't aware of how Joyce hides her ID.

text then link below   I ordered a Violet Wand and some accessories on November 25, 2007 after seeing a demonstration by a member of the Violet Wand Guild. Here it is 7 month later and no Violet Wand. They indicated that they were swamped and it would take 2 to 3 months. Conveniently this is time limit on stopping the credit card payment.

I made this purchase after seeing a demo by a member of the Violet Wand Guild who strongly advised us to only buy from Eclectic Electric. I suspect they are actually one and the same company.

Knock it off dark

You are an embarasment to the Guild

I am the person that this 'customer' was supposed to have met in Washington DC. I keep very good records of where I've been, what I've done. 

This past May I didn't attend or demonstrate at any events.

This person from Daytona Beach Florida made this up so that he could post it in other threads on other sites. This is just the next thing he has done in a long list of slanderous tactics.

The 'event' this person is referring to never actually occurred.  It was a meeting that was cancelled. I guess he didn't get  the memo.

Unfortunately, this report has been placed here by an angry ex-competitor located in Daytona Florida.  He has not purchased any items, so the report can not be arbitrated or resolved.  I expect it won't be the last one that he places, as my violet wand company succeeded where his did not.  My company has never failed to provide product and never failed to provide a refund when asked.
