VIP LOAN SHOP MAJOR SCAM!!!!! IM NNOT SURE, Internet
I was contacted on dec 2 on my cell "Hey we have a great deal right now" 75 for the 1st 4 payments for a 500 loan. when do you get paid" my reply...5th and 20th great you qualify.
So in 24 hours they deposited 500 into my account. I think they already had my information which is how?
i agree verbally thenh they say just check a box in email. I do ...
they pull 1st on 20th no problem just like they said.
i called to mention that my boss is now paying on the following monday which this month it would be 6th and 21st if it lands on weekend.
they tell me they are pulling on 3rd. Im like WHAT THE? why thats the the agreement. they tell me to fax over paystubs i do twice they can't find. the supervisors calls my bank with me chase records they tell me. They verfiy my payrolls and i ask my bank to document that they are trying to pull prior to our agreement. Which i don't have please document my file that we called together. The Supervisors in Costa Rica said THATS IT I CANT HELP YOU YOUR DISRESPECTING ME AND HUNG UP.
I called back the department was closed. Surrrrrrrrrrrre it was.
So called bank to tell they story...they tell me they record all call...especially 3rd party calls. They stop payment on the process of 75...WATCH IT cuz they put the 650 through. I called the next day to ask why again a different date than agreeed nbo response...I asked how much was pulled they tell me 150????? and I am like WHY 1st its 75 on the 5th and 20th not 150 on 3rd and now they tell me the 17th...???????? but i didn't disclose i alreaady knew they pulled full amt. bank sent back. later that day i called again again they said they pulled 150 and that my account i paid. I stated no tis not cuz it comeing back to you from chase..........they told me cant do anything until its returned.

We put a freeze on my account and they will shut down my acount in 10 days completely. They only way to have the stop pulling unauthrized dates and amounts.
Yes help! I read in here even after you do a payment agreement they still pull!!!! I am not saying i DON'T OWE THEM...BUT I AM SAYING THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY TO MESS YOU UP COMPLETELY. Yes any help on fighting this co. they aren't working with me. IS THIS COMPANY LEGAL!!!!!!!!!
