i bought a 24" vizio tv get it set up and notice a problem with the componets in back not working
when i hooked up dvd player first composite cables wasnt reconized, so went and bout componet cables that worked but the picture was blacked out no color at all
so test out my other 2 dvd players (thats 3 dvd players in total) all same result, so logical reduction is tv issue as on any other tv theres no problem at all (not rocket science)
so next morning (they were closed when i had tv all hooked up) i call and give the details to there tech people, long story short i wasted over 6 hours talked to over 12 people and none of them seem to have a clue what there job is or anything about customer service at all or there legal obligation under warranty ( i.e. bought tv less than 24 hours prior surely under warranty)
seems that they expect you to keep repeating yourself over and over again and answer there rediculous questions repeatedly that have nothing to do with the problem
one of there better questions was "is there more than one cable(s) hooked in the componet slot" rather impossible i think aint it?
oh and how dare you point out the obvious to them and make them look stupid as they are
anyway to make this short they need to start caring about there customers and treating us with respect as we are there lifeline
i will never buy another vizio product
i ended up returning the tv for refund , not wasting my time or money with them cause there so incompetent
