Dear Charles, What was written is irrelevant, obviously there are volumes of CUSTOMERS (people who pay your salary and put food on your table) who are not happy and feel deceived and mistreated by this company. That is the central issue here, and yes that is important, anyone who has ever worked with the public and has even a slight concept of customer service knows that the customer is the reason you have a business and the reputation of a business comes from how the customers are treated, whether you agree or disagree with them is irrelevant.
