Voiana.com We ordered and paid for a cuisinart 4 Waffle Iron, internet order. No response from them, no shipping information, still no word.
On May 31, 2020 we ordered a cuisinart 4 waffle iron from Voiana.com. Their site said the item was in stock, and on completion of the order through paypal. their page stated that we would receive confirmation and shipping information as soon as the payment processed.
We used paypal and received confiramation from paypal that the payment was processed. But no confirmation forthcoming. No email, no phone call, nothing. After 17 days of no contact, and not answering our emails, we contacted paypal directly, and filed a complaint. As of today, June 30, 2020, they have not responded to paypal either. Do not buy from them.
