For months hes said he was going to give us a refund and it never happened his lawyer finally gave back our old dialer but all the programs were erased.

Firm(VoipDialerStore) agrees to use its best efforts in providing programming and technical support to Client and to perform all
services in a professional manner. Firm will make every reasonable effort to get
Clients server in working condition However, Firm is
not responsible for any damages or lost revenue or extra costs that may be
suffered by Client when their server and/or software is not fully operational.
Unlimited local and long distance telephone services
(U.S. and Canada only) will be provided to Client through GVoice for the
duration of this agreement. Firm does
not warrany that GVoice and/or the internet will continuously be
operational.
so the problem was not that the google numbers didnt work but that after we had the problem and asked the client to pay for the inbound DID's they refused and also refused to return the server too. the situation is being resolved and they are getting their money back.
I am responding to these claims and he is over exaggerating what really happened, first of all yes we will admit their were some technical issues but that doesn't mean that we were out to rip them off, the situation is that we were trying to do our install and when we were doing the programming for the sip account with google numbers we had some inbound issues, and FYI the IVR programming that we did was working perfect even the client heard the message that we input in there for them but they claimed that nothing ever worked for them. so we offered to take care of this cost of DID's but the client as paranoid as are, agreed to work with us but the client was not willing to wait and we had alot of arguments about them not being patient. so in our defense we are giving them a refund but for the last couple weeks they where not willing to return our product before we issued the refund and that's why I got my lawyer to talk to them, by the way its not illegal to sell you a server for 5000 dollars when we do the tech support and when we offer you sever replacement if it breaks ... second we give the "terms and conditions" to all clients and this client knew it. I will copy the text that we sent them before the sale was made to them:
