I have been a solid and loyal customer of W Auto Works for over 2 years now and I have never once been dissatisfied with their work. They are honest and upfront about what is required for your car. They will sit with you and prioritize what should be repaired first. They will also recommend against un-needed costly repairs. They have also come forward to advise me of when it was better to dump my car rather than repair it.
To them, a customer is not a money machine, but a customer is like family. They will work with you to ensure that you can afford whatever work needs to be done on your car. Are they perfect? Far from it!! They tend to be overbooked most of the time and sometimes they will make mistakes, however that doesn't mean they're out to get you!!
My question to the complainer is this: have you made any attempt to reconcile your claims with Keaton or Ali Reza? Try reconciling with them and they will work with you within reasonable limits!!! Just my two cents!!!

i know for a fact the person that left this report has never even been to our "rinky dinky" shop!
w like it here and so do our customers. googles us if youd like!
well mr "w volkswagen" , or mike stalye , is a competitior of ours. and my partner ali was a tech for mr mike. the only 3 people that know about this case,(that was dismissed ) are mike ,ali and the guy at the dealership that started all this!
WHAT the report above is only a discription of the person that left it!
have fun and good luck with trying to slow us down! also sending a pic to vw of america of our street sign was a nice touch. the name of our shop will be changing soon . but our 5 star reviews and the choice to come in and watch your work get done, will not!. parts are always given to customers.
