Volusion Hidden fees and no mention of fees in selling goods, then billed accounts and won't issue refunds Austin Texas
These guys are a rip off. They hard sell into using the E commerce site and then push for their own processing of payments without telling about the fees. When pushing for the credit card processing they tell you only about the % fee the card companies charge on every transaction but never mention the $67.00 per month junk fees and the $99 cancellation fee. When confronted about this they will not refund these junk fees. Not a good company and their customer service sucks.
