Wag The Dog Marketing is a major ripoff scam company! They promise you the moon and don't deliver anything......but they are happy to take your money. When I saw the reports about Mark Cella and his debt settlement scam I immediately asked for a refund and it has been over a week and those SOB's have not refunded my money.
