The company seemed legit when I first signed up. Their compensation plan seemed good and was ready to make money and save money through the company. I was spammed by many of these WUN IBO's and finally decided to give it a try after so much harassment. When I first joined I was told I must pay $100 to even use the site which I found untrue.
I explored the things that I've been advertised to get when joining and almost all of it was junk or did not work. The "newsstand" did not work and when I called them they said it will one day be up and that they can't manually put me in. This was about a month ago, still no luck. Verizon discount turned out to not work and was taken off the site. The coupons were for very few things and did not help anyone in my family.
Vacation club rarely worked and didn't give detail about what you're buying until you commit you buying them. Deals were advertised to be cheaper which also was untrue. All other coupons etc was all through other websites that they just copied to their site and was found free. So we are paying for things that are free and don't work.
Then after recruiting many others, since the company told me convincingly that they are updating site and everything will be better soon. I found myself and my downline getting random $99.95 charges. I received two within one week! My downline went into debt with the bank because he didn't have the funds to pay for the service. We both had our autopay turned off and somehow it was turning back on. Even though my auto repay was not for another two weeks I was still charged and charged twice. I then removed my credit card because I lost all trust.
I requested refund the day I had the first random payment and they said they would take care of it and that it was no big deal. Few days later, instead of receiving my full refund, I received another payment of the same amount, $99.95. I then sent several emails and phone calls that were never answered for weeks. I finally received one that says this "We apologize for the delay in processing your refunds. We will get both transactions refunded to you today. They will appear in your account within 7 business days."
Within the 7 days later I finally receive a refund but not the other as promised. I call and send more emails for another week and finally received a voicemail today in a bad tone saying hmm i'm calling about wakeupnow, call me back. Now I call back with no answer and am now waiting again.
I put $299.85 into this company without permission for all of it. Received $99.95 back. I expect to gain my $99.95 back this week but i want every dime I spent back from everything that I went through and time I put into the company problems. This is something lawyers need to look into.
