Waynes Waynes Pest Control (Fruad and Theft of Services) Brimingham, Alabama
Waynes Pest Control in Birmingham, AL practices fraud. The company contacted us regarding termite treatment to our new home. They were told that we would contact them by my wife, meaning that her husband would call them back. They ended up sending someone out when no one was home. We came home to a door hanger saying that they had performed a service at our address. We began receiving bills in the mail. As we did not sign any contratc or request any service we did not pay them. The bills continue to come and then threats of collection follow. Companies like this should have their business license revoked and the owners and employees involved should be thrown in jail.
