i was foolish enough to order a course called happiness now without checking the internet about the company wccl network. they have over 40 names for their various operations.
they offer a guarantee, what they call a 6 month guarantee or your money back less s&h, but what they DON'T tell you is they refuse to refund your money before the 6 months is up. i've never dealt with a company that tells you how long you have to wait for a refund if you are dissatisfied. that's the first tipoff that karl moore is running a fraudulent operation. if it wasn't fraudulent why the 6 month wait? it doesn't benefit me, just them.
the course i ordered, happiness now, is absolute trash. supposedly it was written by "bradley thompson" who appears to be a rather prolific author of many of the wccl courses. the fact that he's a moron is beside the point. and if there is a person named "bradley thompson", i can't imagine why he would want his name associated with this company. the course is soooo basic as to be laughable. also when i first went to their site, i went to leave the site and they immediately dropped the price $10.00, which should have alerted me to a problem. and as i said earlier, it was extremely foolish of me to accept them at their word and not check out the name on the internet.
I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TRULY ARE A SCAM OPERATION.

Our website does clearly specify that you must test the product before requesting a refund. This is necessary because of how the product works.

i received an email today that wccl/happiness now are providing me with a refund. i do not have to wait for 6 months. i am suggesting to them that on their website with the guarantee that they change the wording to read "you MUST keep the cd for a minimum of 6 months before we will accept a request for your money back" and make sure this is VERY CLEAR prior to ordering any products from them. the current wording is somewhat vague and unclear. i do appreciate them taking the action to provide a refund to me.
