I am not too happy with Webscribble. I've had problems with their WebDate software ever since I bought it over a year ago. I've had the same problems with their IM feature not working properly and with people being not being able to message each other, but every time I write to Webscribble, they say that "everything is working fine."

I still have the same problems and more problems with my website (such as the females being marked as males in the search feature), but Webscribble refuses to help, saying that my one year of free customer service has expired. But they should have fixed the other problems already in the beginning!!!!

Webscribble finally did an update to WebDate (originally they told me that an upgrade would be done a couple of months, after I had purchased it) but while they claim that WebDate owners get free updates, Webscribble does not install them. I'm guessing that I'd have to pay to have the updates installed.

I had asked for a refund since their WebDate software doesn't work well, but they refused. I wished that I have never purchased their software.

Hello, Have you filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau? If not, please do it only takes two minutes to do so and you would be helping so many others by doing so. I purchased their job board 3.5 months ago and it has yet to be online. They continue to ask for more and more money and they are extremely difficult to deal with (no customer service skills at all). I had enough and contacted the BBB. They have had 14 complaints in 3 years that's ridiculous. We need to make sure others don't have the same problems we had. Your help in stopping them from doing this to other's is greatly apreciated.

The customer purchased the software over two years ago. Our support plans are available for one year, but in an effort to keep her happy with our company, we extended the support for an extra year free of charge. The claim that we simply told her everything is working is false. Some issues we were able to replicate and fix (and were caused by the changes that were made by the customer to the software, and not the software itself). The others, the customer would simply forward emails from her customers without any details on how to replicate the problem. When we asked her the exact steps to replicate the issue, she was never able to provide them. When we tried to replicate the issue several different ways, we were unable to, and notified the customer that we needed more information to help solve any problems. We've made every attempt to resolve any issues that the customer had, and will continue to do so in the future.
