Ok Ben I will follow up now,
Ma'am first off we at Amscot applaud you for writing this. Now let's get some education for you. That was tough reading. Amscot has certain rules and regulations being followed due to regulations of the federal government. you know they are the people who keep us safe and tell us what we can do, what we cannot do, and what we should and should not do. Quite frankly if you do not like the rules of amscot or any other institution then you are free to exercise your rights and go elsewhere, we encourage it.
If you choose to continue coming then here is the deal: answer the questions asked and do not give attitude. getting 500 a month from your mother or any family member will probably not get you questioned, I would pretty much say prove it and stop over exaggerating.
There are many places that can process your western union for you such as western union or grocery stores. No one forces you in an Amscot. When you choose to come in then be quiet and follow the rules, if you are not happy then go elsewhere.
Thank you for your business, Bill

Hi,
My name is Ben and I work for Amscot. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service that you were provided and we would like the opportunity to speak with you further to clear up any misunderstanding about your visit. Amscot as a money services business is regulated by the state and federal government and the US Patriot act. Under these regulations we are required to know our customer and to know how our products and services are being used. Because of this, we may collect information and have to ask questions regarding your transactions. This is nothing against you personally, it is just our requirement to understand the transactions that we are processing.
Again we apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced and we would like the opportunity to speak with you further about this. Please contact us at 1-800-333-6130 and ask for Ben so that we can clear this up.
Thank you,
Amscot
