wheel rack online Did not recieve tires, told me the manufacturer was backed up Victorville California
In August 2014 I ordered 6 wheels and tires for my dually truck from them. They said 6 weeks for delivery. I paid 4 thousand dollars through their eBay Store and paypal. 8 weeks go by and I call to inquire and a guy named Chris tells me he is sorry the wheels are on back order. I said ok no problem just please keep me in the loop. My frustration builds over a year of me calling, them saying it'll be 3 more weeks, tires on backorder, and excuse after excuse. I was in california for a trip and figured I stop by their shop to see if they even exist. I let them know I will be coming by and they adamantly tell me they are a distributer that no one will be around to answer my questions. I said if I don't have a ups tracking number for them to ship my order, that I will see them in 2 hours. Within an hour, they provided me with a tracking number for the wheels but said the tires were on backorder. After even more time, now over a year later, I inquire to ask about the tires. They tell me it is such a hard brand to get. Nitto grappler is the brand which I got from a local shop. It is now still over a year and a half and no tires. They always say sorry sir let me do some research and I'll call you in an hour. Never buy from these scam artists.
