I bought a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator five years ago and have had nothing but problems with it ever since. At first it was water leaking almost every night. I was told to adjust my settings to see if that might be the problem. Tried that to no avail. Of course the problems started after having it for a year. Now it's five years later and the freezer isn't working now. Everything is thawed out. I went to call Whirlpool and the number is for Monday-Friday only. Do they realize refrigerators don't take the weekend off? I'll never buy another Whirlpool product again. What a piece of crap.

I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher and it has completely fallen apart.  Not even 5 years old.  This company does not stand behind their products - only offered to sell me another one.  Will NEVER buy another product from them.
