Do not be afraid of Justin Paperny and his threats. He is being reported to the US Bureau of Prisons for his potentially "illegal activities" if you have been a victim of his and are afraid to speak out, now is the time. Reach out to me for more information.......

I would greatly welcome any lawsuit filed by Mr. Paperny or any attorney who would so digracefully work for this fraud. As of this date, I emailed his attorney full identifying myself. I stand by my comments 100% and can prove they are true. Look at the other complaints filed on here about Mr. Paperny. He is a liar and a thief. End of story. PLEASE sue me. PLEASE!! 

Don't do it Justin. It's always a bad idea when someone knows where all the so called bodies are buried.  Leave her alone.

 I hired Justin to help me with my prison journey. At no time did he indicate he could influence a judge, or the outcome of my sentence. He has done exactly what he stated he would do so far. He has helped craft my pre sentence narrative to give to the probation officer. I believe this greatly influenced the outcome of my report. No one should think that any prison consultant is an attorney nor could they act on your behalf as one. Justin made that pretty clear from the beginning. Justin was a very good choice for me and I am glad I hired him and would recommend his services.

Please take notice that Justin Paperny (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona, cause number CV2017-010047 (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by “Mark” on April, 18, 2017 at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/whitecollaradvicecom/internet/whitecollaradvicecom-justin-paperny-etikallc-michael-santos-justin-paperny-is-a-thie-1368250. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for “Mark’s” identifying contact information to be sent to James Christian, PLC at: 2415 E. Camelback Rd., Ste. 700, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Plaintiff is filing a motion for leave to issue a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal “Mark’s” identity. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before September 8, 2017 and provide a copy to James Christian via email ([email protected]).

We hired Justin and Michael Santos and worked with Irv to help with my mother and my father's case.  

Justin never guaranteed RDAP.  He referred us to Irv to help us with RDAP by doing counseling sessions for my father's drinking problem.  The amount was less than $1500.  Through their advice we were able to accurately describe how alcohol affected my father's business dealings and secured RDAP.  

Justin always made himself available during the crucial periods leading up to the plea agreement and sentencing.  We weren't happy with the sentencing result, but that was to do with the judge (who compared selling crack cocaine to selling ITAR components), and not any of the sound advice that Justin gave us.  In fact, his advice in a crucial hour saved my mother from imprisionment and enabled her to plea out on probation.  

Justin is not a miracle worker, nor does he pretend to be one...just a provider of wisdom and expertise through that terrifying ordeal.  

I'm outspoken because of what Justin did for my family.  I have never received a dime for doing videos or creating content or writing reviews.  I just fervently believe in what Justin does and has done for my family.  

What was written is inconsistent with my experiences, and with the many positive reviews I have read both on his webpage and on facebook.
