Wholesale Merchant Services, Lease Finance Group Fraudulent Sales Prcatices, Continued Harrassment Beaverton Oregon
When I signed up for their services, I was offered a three month trial period by their salesman, Lee ---. I was told that I could cancel at anytime before the end of the three month period with no additional obligation if I wasn't satisfied. To sweeten the deal, Lee offered to send me a check for $150 to cover the entire cost for three months.
On October 4, after having the service for only 2 weeks, $90.27 was taken from my business account for the first month's services and I had yet to receive the $150 promised in writing. Realizing that your company seemed less than enthused with telling the truth, I called on October 6 to cancel my three month trial period.
My phone call was met with harsh resistance and a rude attitude by their customer service representative who told me I was not allowed to cancel, even though the company had not fulfilled its obligation. I finally received the check for $150 on October 11, but when I went to deposit it to cover the first month's charges of $90.27; I found that a stop payment had been put on the check. I have since cancelled that bank account to prevent any more fraudulent withdrawals by their company.
I have continued to be harrassed by their partner company, Lease Finance Group, that does not recognize the 3 month trial offer given to me by WMS. They say that I owe $2626.50 for a non-cancelable 4 year contract. They continue to try to get me to pay for equipment that I do not use or want. I sent a certified letter that they recieved on December 13, 2005 stating that I disagreed with the contranct and that under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act they were not allowed to contact me again.
They have continued to call both in person and by automated means about 5 times per week. They have also reported me delinquent the credit agencies. It is my contention that when they sent me a worthless check for for something they had agreed to in writing, it constituted a breach of contract and I am no longer obligated to the terms of the contract. LFG claims to have no affiliation with WMS but I only dealt with one salesman, therefore he was acting as an agent to both parties.

Leech Finance Group LLC is a ring leader, they use many other company like Wholesale.., NPMG and many corupted company to ripoff people

If you do some online research, you will see Leech(Lease)Finance Group LLC, use many other company like Wholesale merchant services. Most i see is credit card terminal but some may involve on computer and other equipment lease in the same way Non-cancellable lease. They only can do it by non disclosed, by the way it is illegal, but who know where and how to bring them to justice. They rely on our fear and finance burden, can not sue them in open court, most cancel bank account and run away, some try to fight but have low budget or fear to lost by Non-cancellable Lease, which is signed. I read many story and none indicate win or lost in legal battle, i suggest most case was settle before go to court, I still do not know how they can win in Jury seating trail. So if you try to bring them to the court they will settle the case. You have to indicate you will do it. They will call you. I saw their parent company (CIT finacial USA, Inc)was sue when they team up with Dell in 2004, their lease was has hidden charge as you see now execute by Lease Finace Group LLC, in the same pratice. I believe the case was settle before go on trail. Also I saw the parent company involve in law suit with a trucking company, in the case the trucking company get 1.3 mil award by Jury, later truck down by appeal court. If you check in BBB, this company has 300+ complaint, you will know why you are in it. They are expanding they grip by using many company go to sign the lease for them. I will have the complete list post in here soon. After all done, you will have to deal with a bunch of leech. They suck money from you daily basic. So to fight or not is your choice. please read many suggestion in the same case in this site, you may some day join in support group to fight, remember unitedtofight you will win. If you want fairact or legal, these company has no in their book. They use legal lease term to illegally scam people. is it fair way to say in court. It may be not.
