We purchased a travel trailer that ended up having two bent axle's. We had asked the sales person, Zach Shaw, why the tires were bent inwards a bit. He stated that it was supposed to be that way to help in the turning of corners. After getting home and researching this we realized Zach Shaw lied to us. Jim Humble, GM, says "we would never sell a trailer that had bent axle's". Instead of paying for repairs, which I have asked him several times to do, he said he would buy the trailer back. Then what? He will "repair" the axle's and sell it to someone else. We had put $600 towards parts (non-refundable) and Jim Humble offered to buy the trailer back and pay the $600 for parts......but he won't pay the additional $400 for labor? Doesn't make any sense. We just wanted them to pay for the repair's, which would be about $1000.00. My guess is that Jim Humble got his feelings hurt because I started filing complaints on Craigslist, BBB, Attorney General, and Rip Off Report..... so now he is out for vengence? Good luck if you decide to purchase with this company. They do not take responsibility for there error's. In fact, Zach Shaw said that if we found anything wrong with the trailer within the first couple of weeks they would fix it. They haven't done anything so far. Also, after looking at other posts it seems to be Windish MO that they sell crap that is ready to break and then if a customer calls to complain, they pay a portion of the repair.....saves them alot of money. I was told they do a thorough inspection of their vehicles.....if this is true then how could you miss 2 bent axle's? Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else.

I recently purchased a 2014 300BHSL Kodiak TT and I had a tremendous experience. My salesperson was Cory and I also had the opportunity to work with Jim, they are good people and I would reccomend them to any of my family or friends, in fact, one of my good friends who referred me to Windish, has purchased 3 Fuzion 5th Wheels over the last year...
I work with travel trailer and RV'ers on a daily basis not to mention RV dealerships around the nation. Windish is a standup operation with integrity that really cares about the customer.
It took me 2 months to decide if I was going to buy this trailer. Not one time did the sales person bug me or try to pressure me into making the purchase -- it was really a great experience and I highly reccomend giving them a try.
