Winston Furniture Worst Customer Service Possible in reply to damaged furniture Haleyville, , Alabama
Very expensive patio furniture requires repair. Dealer and company web site will not provide any information and claims that the furniture model number doesn't exist although it is labeled on the furniture. No one from company will contact me regarding repairs or even provide an email to send photos of the model number plate to verify the model number. Worst customer service EVER. Dealer says contact manufacturer, manufacturer's web page says that customers are not allowed to contact them directly and must go through dealer. Easy way for both of them to blame the other and neither to provide any service. RUN away from this company!!! Don't waste your money! Check their Facebook page and you will find that my complaint is not unique. You would expect much better service and quality from a company selling $3000 patio sets. Mine is going to the dump and I'll spend my money with a more customer friendly company.
