Wizard of Odz Made a mess of a simple job Phoenix Arizona
Lamps Plus recommended The Wizard of Odz because the light fixture needed to be extended from 10 feet to 11 feet. I supplied the cable wiire and electrical wire was not needed. When the installers attempted to install the fixture they found 2 of the 4 guide wires were twisted and the center elecrical cord was wrapped around one of the guide wires. The installers basically had to take most of the guide and electrical wires aprt at the ceiling mount and re wire them adding time and cost to the project. I caaled the Wizrad and was given the run around by 3 different people at which time I asked for a refund. I was told I would get a call back and am still waiting. I would never use these folks for anything ever again. They are Rip Offs!
