I purchased an item from www.woot.com yesterday. The next morning I tried to contact "customer support", but all I was getting most of the time was an automated message. When finally I got a real person replying to my e mail, they completely ignored to answer my simple questions regarding to the purchased item. They don't have a phone line, they couldn't provide any tracking information, and they refuse to cancel the order which has NOT even been shipped. Avoid any purchases from them!
