I ordered a 1.99 trial of Dazzel White. They charged me $90 automatically for additional products. I cancelled. A month later my account was charged $6.80 for elitepack. I called to find out what that was for. They said Dazzel White offered me a bonus for "World Club Fitness" and if I didn't want it I had to cancel within 14 days. I did not request a bonus, nor did I receive anything. I called and requested to cancel and receive a refund because I did not wish to pay for something I did not order or receive. I was told by supervisor TRACY that a refund was not an option and she hung up on me.
