WORLD SUPER STAR CO., LTD Brian Wesley SHIP COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS (HP, IBM, CISCO, 3COM, NORTEL) Hong Kong
World Super Star Co. Ltd represented themselves as an authorized HP supplier and that they purchase their goods only from an authorized HP distributor. We ordered a moderate volume of HP product which was determined by HP to be counterfeit goods. Brian Wesley and "Eric" both claimed we had sent HP another suppliers product to be evaluated and therefore no refund would be given. World Super Star Co. Ltd never asked for a sample to be shipped to them for verification, they never asked for a photo of one of the units nor any serial numbers either. We have reported this company to HP Global Security and to INTERPOL for internet fraud cases. We still do not have our money returned to us and they have suddenly disappeared from the web (www.worssco.com).
I caution any business that is interested in buying goods from China and especially Hong Kong to hire a local law firm to provide background information on any potential supplier, even if you are going to first buy a sample.
