WORLWIDE TRACERS Horrible experience with no results!!!! Mansfield texas
I am very disappointed with my experience with this search agency. They are an internet company with no physical address only a p.o box. The only way to contact them is through email or leave a message on phone.
Although its been four years since I paid them to do the search, they will only contact me if I send for an update. And when I finaly got an update before rude emails insinuating I am a person with "one eye with half a brain", I was told that I would have to pay another $800 dollars to move on with my search. This is what theve come up with in 4 years.
I was also told that all the other people who complained were all inadequate in some way and their bad results were all their fault. The company takes no responsibilty.
The reason my case has taken so long is because I did not have the exact birth date they tell me. I had to pay for them to send off and get it 3 1/2 years later. If I had all the info concerning my search, why would I be paying them!!!
